Junior Project Coordinator - Automotive

TRIXIT is looking for a new colleague to join our team as a Junior Project Coordinator.

You will contribute to an international project focused on digital services in the automotive industry. Your role will be to support the project team, coordinate its day-to-day activities, and communicate with colleagues and partners from different countries.

This position is suitable for university graduates as well as students who are available to work full-time and would like to gain their first experience in project coordination within an international environment.

🎯 What You Will Do

Communicate with importers and partners across international markets, collecting their questions and feedback.
Coordinate project activities and provide related administrative support.
Prepare presentations, supporting materials, and project status updates.
Help organize workshops, meetings, and other project activities.
Maintain project documentation and share important information across the team.
Monitor the progress of individual tasks and support coordination between the teams involved.
Assist the team with analyses and other tasks based on the current needs of the project.

✅ You’re a Great Fit for the Role If You Have

A university degree in economics, business, IT, or a related field. We are also open to university students whose studies allow them to work full-time.
Very good command of English for daily communication in an international environment.
Strong spoken and written Czech or Slovak.
Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
A proactive approach, good organizational skills, and a willingness to take responsibility for assigned tasks.
Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
An interest in the automotive industry and new technologies.

➕ Nice to Have

Experience organizing workshops or other events.
Experience with tools such as Confluence or Jira.
Knowledge of German.
